Milepost 5 in November

untitledThe public is invited to join us this Novem­ber for a great event full of visual, lit­er­ary and per­for­mance art. This month we will be highlighting two of our shows. “Four Weeks,” an evolving installation, curated by Lisa Lipton, will include a performance by a 12 piece orchestra in the Denizen Gallery at 7:30 pm.

Also opening in The Lofts Gallery will be new work from James Halvorson.

Fresh off of Portland Opens Studios 2015, Halvorson has new mixed media paintings collage for the fall season.

Con­tin­u­ing in Gallery 5, Politics of Voyeurism, A group show of work inspired by this title – not for the faint of heart.

Con­tin­u­ing in Art Haus Commons, I see you: An Ekphrastic Corpse

Gath­er­ing Crows invited six poets to write an exquisite corpse, based upon the theme, “I See You,” and six artists to interpret it.
